There are a few things that you can do:
- Check to make sure your cell phone number is correct on your Account Details page
- Check your communication preferences from your Account Details page using the 'Manage communications preferences' link
- If you have ever replied Stop to previous text notifications, please text START to 85724 to opt back in to delivery texts
