If I donate my holiday order, can I choose which food bank to donate it to?

No, there currently isn't a way to specify which food bank you'd prefer to send your order to. Once you choose to donate your order, a pop-up will appear with the name and location of the food bank we'll be donating to, so you know exactly where your contribution is being made.
