If your card is declined, we'll send you a text message and an email letting you know that we ran into troubles and ask you to update your card as soon as possible. If you update your payment information and we're able to authorize your order total before the cutoff time listed in our message to you, you'll receive your box as normal! If you aren't able to update your card in time or we still have trouble processing the authorization for your order at the cutoff time we'll sadly have to cancel your order and we'll try again for your next scheduled order.
