Depending on your zip code you may have the option to choose a specific delivery window. In most locations, we offer 3 delivery windows; 12 pm - 8 pm, 12 pm - 4 pm and 4 pm - 8 pm for you to choose from. In other locations, we are only able to offer a 9 am - 8 pm delivery window.
If you'd like to view your delivery window options and make any changes head on over to your Account Details page. Please note that changes to your delivery windows don't go into effect until your next order.
To change your delivery window:
Step 1: Go to My Account
Step 2: Click "Account Details"
Step 3: Locate the "Delivery Time" section in the bottom right
Step 4: Click the down arrow to view the available delivery windows
Step 5: Select the delivery window that works best with you
Step 6: Click "Update"
