Depending on your zip code, you may have the ability to pass along specific delivery notes to our Imperfect drivers. Unfortunately, if your box is delivered by a third party carrier, we aren't able to pass along delivery notes but they will do their best to deliver the box to your doorstep!
*Note: Due to COVID-19, we have instructed our drivers to not ring your doorbell or knock on your door when they drop off your box as an extra precaution. Instead, we'll send you a text when your order has arrived. We've also stopped our packaging reuse program to be extra careful, so please reuse or recycle your boxes after they arrive.*
To change your delivery notes:
Step 1: Log into your Imperfect account
Step 2: Click “Account Details” on the left-hand side of your screen
Step 3: Locate the Delivery Notes section and enter the changes
Step 4: Click Update
