Need to skip a delivery but don't want to be without your ugly groceries for three weeks? We totally understand! We've made it simple to reset your delivery cadence if you receive a delivery every other week.
To change the cadence of your biweekly subscription:
Step 1: Click on the “Manage Subscription” under the "My Account" menu
Step 2: Click the arrow next to the cadence your deliveries are currently on
Step 3: Select the opposite cadence schedule
- If you are currently on even weeks, select odd weeks
- If you are currently on odd weeks, select even weeks.
Step 4: Click "Update"
Step 5: Click "Delivery Schedule” tab on the left-hand side of the page to review it
