We know that things come up and that people take vacations, so we try to make skipping your orders as easy as possible. As long as you skip your order before the end of the customization window for the order, there is no penalty for skipping and you won't be charged for it.
To skip an upcoming order:
Step 1: Log into your account
Step 2: Click 'Delivery Schedule' under the "My Account" menu
Step 3: Click "Skip" on the order you'd like to skip
Step 4: Double-check you're skipping the right date and click "Skip" on the pop-up
Note: If you're on a biweekly subscription, the pop up will ask you to confirm the date of your next delivery. We do this so you won't have to wait 3 weeks for your next delivery!
Once you've successfully skipped your order, the delivery schedule will show you the option to Unskip your order up until the end of the customization window for that order.
Unfortunately, after your customization window closes you won’t be able to skip your order. If you still won't be able to receive your delivery contact us and we'll see what we can do for you.
