We know that things come up and you might be going out of town for a well-deserved vacation, so we try to make skipping your orders as easy as possible. As long as you skip your order before the end of the shopping window for the order, there is no penalty for skipping and you won't be charged for it. After your shopping window closes, you won’t be able to skip your order.
To skip an upcoming order:
Step 1: Log into your account
Step 2: Click '"Delivery Schedule" under the "My Account" menu
The "My Account" menu is located on the top right corner of the screen for desktop users, or by clicking the three bars on the left hand side for mobile users.
Step 3: Click "Skip" on the order you'd like to skip
Step 4: Double-check you're skipping the right date and click "Skip" on the pop-up
Note: If you're on a biweekly subscription, the pop up will ask you to confirm the date of your next delivery. We do this so you won't have to wait 3 weeks for your next delivery!
Once you've successfully skipped your order, the delivery schedule will show you the option to Unskip your order up until the end of the customization window for that order.
