Your groceries will be delivered to you during your delivery window on your area's delivery day. Depending on your zip code, they may be delivered by one of our Imperfect delivery drivers or by a third-party delivery company.
The driver will deliver your grocery box to you if you're home or will find the safest place they can to leave your box if you aren't. We make sure to pack your groceries carefully and securely so they’ll stay fresh if you aren’t home when they arrive!
We'll either send you a confirmation email with a tracking number or a text message with a tracking link when your delivery is on it's way to you. Once your box has been successfully delivered, you will also receive a confirmation text message or email.
Please note that drivers can't enter backyards, garages or your home to deliver your groceries and that there is a small delivery fee on each order, you can read more about it here.
