We want your Imperfect groceries to fit easily into your life, which is why you can change or cancel your subscription without penalty. So long as you cancel before the end of your shopping window for your upcoming order, you will not receive any further deliveries you no longer require.
We want to make sure your experience with us is more than peachy, so please let us know when something isn't quite right!
To cancel your subscription:
Step 1: Log into your account
Step 2: Click "Manage Subscription" under the "My Account" menu
Step 3: Click "Cancel Subscription"
A pop-up will appear to let you know you can skip your boxes instead. Clicking "Yes, I'd rather skip" will redirect you to your Delivery Schedule so you can skip any boxes you can't receive.
Step 4: Click "Thanks for letting me know! But I'm still interested in cancelling."
Step 5: Choose the reason for cancellation that fits best
Step 6: Click "Continue"
Step 7: Rate your experience from 1 to 5, with 1 being "Very Poor" and 5 being "Very Good"
Step 8: Leave some feedback in the text box as to what we could have done better
Step 9: Click "Cancel Subscription"
Once, you've cancelled your subscription, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
Please note, if you cancel your subscription after the close of your customization window we will still deliver and charge you for this last delivery.
If needed, you can also delete your account data.
