We want your Imperfect groceries to fit easily into your life, which is why you can change or cancel your subscription without penalty. There's no contract or sea of fine print to worry about. As long as you cancel before the end of the customization window for your upcoming order, you will not receive any further deliveries. Follow the steps below to cancel your subscription.
To cancel your subscription:
Step 1: Log into your account.
Step 2: Click "Manage Subscription" under the My Account menu.
Step 3: Click "Cancel My Subscription"
Step 4: Click "Thanks for letting me know! But I'm still interested in canceling"
Step 5: Follow the prompts to let us know why you're cancelling, rate us and give us some feedback.
Step 6: Click "Cancel Subscription"
Once, you've cancelled your subscription, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail from us. Please note, if you cancel your subscription after the close of your customization window we will still deliver and charge you for this last delivery.
