Delivery notes help our  in-house drivers leave your box in the correct place and locate any packaging to be returned to our warehouse. Some suggestions for successful delivery notes are below.

### Delivery note essentials

Please include all of the following that apply to ensure a smooth delivery:

*   Any gate/door/package locker codes 
*   Your preferred spot for us to leave the box
*   Where you leave your packaging items for return if this is different than where we should leave your groceries 
*   Anywhere we should avoid leaving your box

### Other helpful notes

Though not necessary, these are some things we've seen from our customers that have helped when dropping off your groceries: 

*   A brief description of/directions to your home
*   Names of apartment complexes 
*   Any pets we should watch out for 
    *   _Note: We love your pets and want to keep them safe, so please make sure they're secure during delivery to avoid any escapes or mishaps!_
