If your card is declined, we'll send you a text message and an email letting you know that we ran into troubles and ask you to update your card by 1 pm EST. If you update your payment information and we're able to authorize your order total before 1 pm EST, you'll receive your box as normal! If you aren't able to update your card in time or we still have trouble processing the authorization for your order at the cutoff time we'll sadly have to cancel your order and we'll try again for your next scheduled order. 

Please note that we won't actually charge your card again until that 1 pm EST cut off time, so if you update your card details earlier in the day, we won't know if the attempt was successful until that time.
