We know you’re excited for your groceries to arrive, we are, too! Here’s how you can follow your box from our fulfillment center to your home.

First things first, we deliver to the same area on the same day. This little bit of planning helps us reduce our carbon footprint and keep things efficient, which is a win-win for everyone.

How and when you get your tracking link depends on who is delivering your order:

*   **If your delivery is with our in-house team:** You’ll receive an email and a text message with a live tracking link about **one hour before** your driver is set to arrive. 
    
*   **If your delivery is with a third-party carrier:** We’ll email you a tracking link **as soon as your order is packed** and ready to head out the door.

Whether your order is delivered by our in-house team or a third party carrier, we pack everything securely to make sure your groceries stay fresh.

*   **Have a preferred drop-off spot?** If our in-house team is handling your delivery, you can add specific notes for your driver in your delivery instructions.
    
*   **You’ve got mail!** Once your box has been successfully delivered, we’ll send a confirmation email. If your order was delivered by our in-house team, we’ll even include a delivery photo!
    
*   **Please note:** For everyone's safety, our drivers can't enter homes, backyards, or garages. Also, a small delivery fee is added to each order to help us cover transportation costs.
