To update your communication preferences:

Step 1: Log into your account

Step 2: Click “My Profile” 

Step 3: Locate the "Email & Text Notifications" section and click on "Update my notification settings"

Step 4: From the communication preferences page, you'll be able to opt-in or out of our different communication channels
