# How do I remove an item from my "Recurring" list?

If you’ve accidentally added an item to your Recurring Items list, or need to edit the list for any reason, you can make these changes directly from the “My Food Preferences” section of your account.

#### To remove an item from your Recurring Items list

Step 1: Select "Food Preferences" under the "My Account" menu at the left of the screen

Step 2: Select the "Recurring List" tab on the Food Preferences page, located between "Past Items" and "Liked List"

Step 3: Locate the item you want to remove from your Recurring List

Step 4: Select the "Remove" button, indicated by the trash can icon

Once you see a yellow banner that reads "Moved back to your Neutral List" appear in the top right corner, you've successfully removed the item from your Recurring List!
