We offer weekly delivery subscriptions and a Flex Plan option for those who prefer to order as needed. If you're on a Flex Plan, you'll need to log in during your shopping window to open an order to customize. We may email you to let you know your window is open, but that doesn't mean we've scheduled a box for you if you're on our flex plan! If you have a subscription, we'll email you whenever your window opens to remind you to customize.

  

Customizing your order is the best way to ensure you get exactly what you need. Follow these instructions to get started! 

Step 1: Log into your account during your shopping window

Step 2: Select the "Edit Cart" button underneath the items count and total

Step 3: Look through the items we've added to your prefilled cart by selecting the rectangular shopping cart icon at the top right corner! You can remove items by clicking the trash can icon, or add multiples of the same item with the "plus" icon

Step 4: Head back to our inventory by clicking the corner "X." You can add items to your cart by shopping through the aisles or selecting a specific category

Step 5: Once you're done shopping, take a second to review your cart and cart total to make sure you're all set for the week! We'll start prepping your order at the close of your shopping window-- there's no need to submit your order or check out in any way.
