# How can I see my credit balance?

Your credit balance reflects all credits available on your Imperfect Foods or Misfits Market account that you can redeem on your upcoming order (limit $250 per order). Used or expired credits will automatically be deducted from the credit balance. Your credit balance is automatically applied to your next order, covering products, shipping, and applicable tax. Credits will be applied up to $250 per order. 

If your credits don't cover the full cost of your order, the remaining balance will be charged to the payment method on your account. Any unused credit will roll over to your next order. You can see if your credits have applied to an order during your shopping window. You can also find your current balance and a history of your credit use in the "Orders" tab. 

  

### How do I see my credits while I shop? 

  

Step 1: Select "Edit Cart" from the "Account Home" page during an open shopping window

Step 2: Select the rectangular button with a shopping cart icon at the top right corner of the page

Step 3: Navigate to the bottom of your cart to the section where your "Total" is displayed. You can view your credit balance directly above your order total.

### How do I view my credits in the "Orders" tab?

  

We value transparency and things that are straightforward, which is why we make it easy to see your credit balance!

To view your credit balance:

Step 1: Select "My Profile" from the account menu on the left side of your screen

Step 2: Navigate to the "Promos & Credits" section near the bottom of the page

If you have a credit balance, it will be displayed here. To view the credit history on your account, select "View all" to the right of your credits available

You can view the expiration date for any credits on your account, review how credits work, and navigate to the "Refer a Friend" section of your account from this section
