Reviewing your discounts or promos is easy, though how you do so will depend on whether the shopping window for your order is open or closed.

_Note: If you expected a promotion to apply to your order and it did not apply, you may not be eligible for that specific promo code. Many codes are specific to your unique email and do not apply to all customers, so please make sure that the email the code was sent to matches the code on your account. Additionally, make sure that you check the promo code terms and conditions when troubleshooting, which can be found at the bottom of the promo code email._ 

  

### To review discounts on an upcoming order when your shopping window is open:

  

Step 1: After logging in, click "Edit Cart" in the "Upcoming Order" section of your account page

Step 2: This will open up your cart on the right-hand side of the page. Scroll down to the bottom of the list of item in your cart, ad you'll see a summary of the credits or discounts in your order!

### To review discounts on a previous order:

  

Step 1: After logging in, click on the "Orders" section on the left hand side of the page

Step 2: Locate the delivery date of the order you'd like to view, and click "View Details"

Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the invoice to review the payment details

_Note: Promos will be reflected on the "Discount" line and credits will be reflected on the "Credit" line_
